Classes may be cancelled if there are not enough attendees. If this is the case, you will have the choice to transfer to another class date or receive a refund of payment, less the cost of class materials and shipping if they have already been sent out.
Refunds will be granted if requested ten (10) or more days in advance of the class start date. Refunds will be the cost of the class, less the cost of materials and shipping, if they have already been sent out.
If you must cancel a class due to a medical condition certified by your provider, a refund will be granted if requested any time before the start of class.
Classes cancelled after the class start are non-refundable.
You may apply your registration fee to another available class date without penalty if the transfer occurs at least ten (10) days prior to the class start date.
Within ten (10) days of your scheduled class, fee transfer is not permitted except due to a medical condition certified by your provider.
